The Cadillacs A'Capella
The Cadillacs A'Capella have released THREE CD's to date, with a FOURTH ("A'Capella for the Masses") still in production.
The First Album, "One Song Shy", was originally released in 1996 on Cassette Tape and was re-mastered and released on CD in 1998. It received recognition in the world of A'Capella music by winning the coveted "CARA" Award for "Best A'Capella Do-Wop Album" in 2000.
The Second Album, "Live", was recorded in 2000 at Hale Center Theatre's "Black Box" in SLC Utah during a two month run to "Sold Out" audiences. Some cross-over tracks between "One Song Shy", and "Live" are evident, but done with a new flavor, as well as the addition of several new songs.
The Christmas Album, "Cad Tidings", is some of the Cads best work to date. Their innovative take on old favorites, and a few lesser known songs, make this album a joy to listen to.
The latest work by the Cads promises something for everyone, thus "A'Capella for the Masses." Tracks include: "California Dream'n", "Tuxedo Junction", "Boy from NYC", a "Beatles Medley", and many more. Stay tuned for the latest information on this CD's release date.
